0250 UTC - Signal S9 in WNY,music playing, good audio.
0253 UTC - Off
0255 UTC - Back on, signal S9, couldn't make out audio, then off again.

Noted from 0232 on the SDR recording with an SIO 444 signal until fade out to just a weak carrier at 0242 when the band went long. Looks like that went away around 0254 or so.

Noted again around 0530, but just a very weak carrier.
