Transmitting on 5520 KHZ USB @04:05 UTC 7 April 2018 (23:05 CDT local 6 April 2018) NY Aeronautical information  Tower <---> Aircraft communication from Barnegat New Jersey site, apparently intended for Caribbean flights.  Gradual QSB to 04:10.  Lost signal completely at 04:11.  Reappeared briefly at 04:16.  SINPO:  3-1-2-2-2
