Transmitting on 6110 KHZ @ 0436 UTC 7 April 2018 ( 23:36 CDT local 6 April 2018) in Amharic from Addis Ababa site targeting East Africa:  A rather "heated" debate between a male and female announcer.   Dreadful but steady signal strength.   SINPO: 1-3-1-3-1.  I abandoned monitoring at 04:48 due to heavy QRN.
