Actually getting a lock and decode of this broadcast using Dream software. A few dropouts which are becoming ever slightly more frequent as I write this at 1814 UTC. Signal was reaching S8 levels and SNR in the 18 range, so I guess that's the minimum needed for decoding DRM. What a waste, this would be a very good AM signal at these levels.
