Transmitting on 9515 KHZ @ 0:348 UTC 22 May 18 (22:18 CST 21 May 18 local)  in English from Emirer transmit site.   Northern MiddleEast music,  QRT @ 03:52, 3 minutes early. 
SINPO: 2-3-3-4-3 thru rain and heavy fog here in South Central Wisconsin.

Actually it's rare that they last beyond that point in the hour, and often cut the interval sooner. But about a month ago it lasted not only until 0400, but actually started their Turkish language broadcast at that time, on that frequency and beam. It lasted only until 0401 before someone at the site finally pulled the plug, but it was a cool catch.
