Radio Free Euphoria 6930U

Since 0840z-0900z: Radio Free Euphoria occasionally audible between fade outs.  Music (don't recognize it), funny comments from Captain Ganja about Dr. Buzz herbal remedy and "toke of the town".  Very low QRN, minor heterodyne near 6930 nulled out with DSP, lots of fading to inaudible.

Sounded like program change after 0900z, British voice announcer, "pirate connection" and Radio Free Euphoria ID.
0918z: Sign-off ID, RFE w/ Belfast mail drop, time to "get the hemp outta here".  Herb oriented parodies set to various familiar pop music tunes.
0925z: Sounded like some Maharishi Hashishi material, but faded out before end.

Good show and good audio when I could hear it.  Very low noise, but lots of fading tonight.
