UNID CW "VOAC" 6780 USB? 1840 UTC 1 July 2018

Hearing CW starting off with "DE VOAC"....I believe this is the anti Trump station...not sure of exact frequency, but only the CW...no SSTV or songs noted yet
Seems to be intermittent...noted again at 1854 UTC
