Apparently the State Mental Facility now allows weekend passes for those who qualify, based on good behavior and ample thorazine therapy. This explains a great deal.

I understand Lex is attending as a provision of this stipulation, i.e. the Official WinterFest ZombieHerderTM.

Pretty good night at the Fest tonight. I have not seen Bozo around; perhaps his heart condition has forced him to stay away. I had a very interesting conversation with Tony Straka, though, the first time he and I had talked. Neato.
