I sat on 6930U from about 0030 with no signal.  About 0041 weak hard rock music came up, then stayed between S4 - S5 just above the static floor.  Unintelligible talk by a man a couple of times between songs, 0102 more talk, NA, 0103 off. 

Signal was barely audible here.
