6925 USB
1010z: SSTV, a few false starts, then U.S. seal, looks like "Northern Command" with "NRS" written over front, only partially legible.  Jean Knight "Mr. Big Stuff", Batman TV theme song, Skynyrd "That Smell", Neil Sedaka "Bad Blood".  SSTV again, still mostly buried in static, appears to be some sort of U.S. seal with "NRS".

Just barely audible but fairly low noise this morning.
