Transmitting on 7375 KHZ @ 0139 UTC 1 Aug 2018 (20:39 cdt local 31 July 2018) in French with French marching music with male vocals, more music then female announcer at 01:47.

TX: Taganesti
TARGET: Eastern North America
SINPO: 5-3-4-4-4 with moderate splash over from World Harvest Radio on 7385 KHZ.

Do the USA have a lot of French speaking people on the Eastern seaboard ?!

Lots of francophones in the coastal USA, but my guess is they're targeting Quebec/eastern Canada.
