Signal is OK, SINPO 43333. Data UTE on 5835 KHz.

1904 UTC - Brian Ferry song.
Frequency noted as 5831.91 at 1928 UTC with a rock song with a Slavic-vocalist.
Appears that the TX is continuing to drift down in frequency - 5831.75 KHz at 1949 UTC.
2016 UTC - Now on 5832.16 KHz.
2150 UTC - Bob Marley, "Stir It Up". Drifted to 5832.05 KHz.
