Strong signal, station claims that they are broadcasting from Russia, but DJ definitely is not native Russian speaker. Russian songs with short annoucements.

2131 ID by OM in UNID language as "Provokator Radio"
2139 "Million Scarlet Roses" by Alla Pugacheva.
2147 ID as both Radio Provokator Radio and Provokator Radio in presumed Russian by OM.

mentions Alexander Kiev..  border...

This is not a pirate station, I suggest you move to OTHER like 7055LSB.
