9650 KHZ @ 2046 UTC 9 Oct 18 (15:46 cdt local) in French.   Y/L narration to 20:48 then brief music to lost signal @ 20:50, resurfaced with O/M @ 20:51. 
Lost signal completely @ 20:53.  Signal recovered again at 21:02
