Heard with conversation between male and female -- good signal via Italy-based Kiwi SDR...almost sounds like a relay of China Radio

sounded like a relaxed DX news bulletin ? ?

1719 carrier again, 1720 M talking in english, 1721 blank again, 1722 off, carrier back again..
