 Very good reception on T/O 7000.  This is more of a surprise to me then anything.  Inside a steel building just using its whip.

1745z Two OM’s talking about art program at U North Carolina.
1755z Reception/frequency info...”This will end our English broadcast...”

9760 KHZ @ 23:03 in Spanish with OM delivering news features.  ID at 23:05.  Steady signal with brief, weak bursts of QRN.
