0813 music, fading down somewhat, \PLC pest also there; 0817

on the air day long, but under the noise around 13 - 15 utc, then fading up again slowly

was still heard at 2010

Presumed at 1653 UTC with techno music. SINPO 33333 on SDR in Southern Germany.

22.33 UTC - Shlømo & AWB - Twelve Fortresses;
SINPO = 44444-55544 in Kyiv (seldom QRM from co-cannel russian SSB QSO) but signal was absent about 10 minutes ago. Possibly Es propagation burst.

22.36 UTC - faded-out completely again.
