WCSL 1590 khz 400 UTC 31 OCT 2018

This station is playing Country music , mostly recent but I've heard older standards like "EL Paso" .  It appears here around 3-4 UT  , before that only a foreign language station and WAKR Akron mixed with a few others.
There are few if any ads it seems giving a location , the music is mostly continuous from what I can tell although I believe they have identified of course during a fade in the signal. 
The signal ranges from strong over the listening session to only heard briefly last night for only a few minutes, then gone.
