Yet another popular freebander frequency - sometimes associated with the "Echo Charlie" operators in Europe.  I think these guys are in Latin America though.  6666.6 kHz is one of their most popular "watering holes" along with 6900 kHz....although this may be a different group.  Spanish language, lots of stations going at once...heard on Sigma's SDR on the MA/CT border.
