1447 blank carrier
1500 music coming on without any sign on, very weak
1503 talking above, no copy, then without music, still no copy, 1506
but the carrier disappeared, and at 1510 tthe talking is extra weak, heard on LSB only (less noisy than USB).

So maybe something like a number station ?
