rock music, OM speaking before an audience, brass band music, ID into a program of mostly metal music with periodic ID's and thanks for listening bits, 2202 SSTV (like the others only poorer decode).

S5 - dropped some around 2150, then signal rebounded to S5

Tuned in at 2228utc, weak signal overriding noise, hear heavy metal tune, at 0231utc female announcer said "theelectriccircusshortwave@gmail.com", at 2235utc heard announcement by male saying "this is captain Spaulding". At 2245utc song "happy birthday".
