9900 KHZ @ 23:15 UTC 15 Nov 18  (17: 15 CST Local ) in Chinese. Male announcer with narrative. No music.   Played a short excerpt of some speech @ 23: 24 with commentary.  initial weak interference from R. Taiwan but that disappeared at 23:20.

TX:  Agignan Point, Northern Mariannas

I'm currently tuned in as well (was hoping for the Firedrake) but I'm pretty certain that it's CNR1 jamming instead.
