Adverts mention dollars. Can't catch the ID ... sounds like an American commercial station. Relay/rebroadcast by Euro-pirate? Radio 319?

Well, they all have American accent, but some details are not American ?

hi Ray, just gone off at 1623. Definately American station but too noisy to get clear ID.  K? 1077. Not via 319 who seem to be on 5030.
