I also received the sstv signal. Little better copy than above. "if no one else knows the rum is gone. Then is the rum really gone?"
Was hoping for an ID but no luck. I better stay away from the 151 overproof rum tonight.

I can hear something in the background but can not understand it at 02:09UTC weak at best!
