11965 khz @ 19;10 UTC 21 Dec 2018 ( 13:10 CST Local) in Arabic.   Beautiful signal  with O/M narrative joined by a YL @ 19:13 with what sounded like a dialogue reading off of a play script.  Music at 19:19 with male vocals.
