On 13680 @ 17:07 UTC 30 Dec 2018 (11:07 CST Local) in English.  Standard religious programming with 2 males in discussion on "the Peace of Christ" and the usual biblical citation references.  Surprising to hear them at this time as schedule

shows their QRT was listed as 17:00.  Very weak (but consistent) signal.
