13860 khz @ 15:56 UTC (09:56 CST local) 9 Jan. 19 in Dari.   Interview discussion with both OM and YL.   Male singing MidEast song at 15:57.   Strong but fluctuating signal strength, moderate fading.  Back to the YL @ 16:00.
