Another night of sitting out and enjoying the stars with my sibling.  She caught a very faint broadcast at around 0440 tonight on the frequency prescribed above-- we could make out the song as Losing My Religion by REM, and a younger sounding male after the song, but quality, well, sucked.  Did hear the male say a phrase like "Hello to all my friends," but that was the only part I could piece out.

ETA that this is Radio True North. =)
