Saw this mentioned on Ian's site last night of a broadcast on 6923.5 USB.  Sounds like the language is in spanish and at one point could clearly make out 'Columbia'.  The broadcast sounds like a sports event being relayed, but the sportscast audio itself sounds like pieces or segments with very short stops or pauses in between.  The transmission ended abruptly at 02:51z.  SIO 323 with a nice peak around 02:34z-02:37z.  May just be pescadore/fisherman relaying their favorite team.
