11975 KHZ @ 15:20 UTC 31 Jan. 19 (09:20 cst local) in  Romanian.  2 OM announcers with talk narrative. Segue to music at 15:57 Poor to average signal  with steady static.   Simulcast on 9810 with identical SINPO (which is somewhat surprising) monitoring both channels on both the FRG and the 750.
