Reach Beyond Australia ?
« on: February 15, 2019, 1425 UTC »
9740 Khz @ 14:10 UTC 15 Feb 2019 (08:10 CST local) in South Asian dialect (Marwari?  Bengali?) .  Schedules state this is Reach Beyond Australia to 14:15  but programming switched (or was overrun) at 14:15 but Chinese like language at 14:15.   Male chanting in the original signal switched to a straight narrative at 14:13.   If this WAS RBA then:

SINPO: 2-1-2-2-2
TARGET:  South Asia
TX" Kununurra, Western Australia

But coudn't get an ID to fadeout at 14:25
