Hearing weak music out here at 2201 UTC. Just above the noise at this point.

2210 UTC: Buried under the noise now.
2215 UTC: The signal's still weak, but I've been able to hear weak music again the past couple minutes.
2219 UTC: The signal's surged, and I just heard an ID into the next song. Heard talking at 2227 UTC, too, but the signal's settled back down to just above the noise again.
2238 UTC: Heard the ID and uncopiable talking, then into another song. The signal's been quite varied in strength the past 20 minutes.
2242 UTC: Lots of talking by OM, but not really copiable here. Then into another song.
2245 UTC: Catching weak SSTV noise, but I thought at first it had gone off completely.
