9540 KHZ @ 21:32 UTC 16 Feb. 2019  (15:32 cst local) in Mandarin.   Male announcer narrative with some minor contribution from another younger announcer,   Weak signal but consistent with very minimal fading.  Just talking, no music as of posting (21;47)

Correction:  Music at 21:50 .  Y/L at 21:52
