on 11689.85   \hum from carrier on 11690.0
1425 music, hard to hear (even in LSB mode),
1432  talking,  ....... radio, 1433 music, fading up a bit, still Unid here
anyone IDing them with a good frequency reading ?
1435 talking, probably giving an e-mail address, but no copy here, more talking, 1438 W voice too
but that talking seems to be from QRM on 11690.0
1440 music, 1445 can't say what is what


Low power SWR is scheduled today on 11690 from 1300 to 1900 utc
(later will be on 11720)
