9605 khz @ 14:50 utc 6 March 19 (08:50 cst local) in Mandarin.  VERY weak signal but audible.  O/M and Y/M engaged in a spirited discussion.   3rd announcer with promo music background at 14:57.  QRT @ 14:59.  N0 discernable ID
