Listening to the French service of vok using the Victoria B.C sdr, now the song of general Kim Jong Il.
Signal got too weak to listen to the rest of the song..

And 11710 khz @ 14:30 UTC 26 March 19 in French on the 7700. .  Choral music @ 14:39 switched to instrumental @ 14:43 then to marching music.   YL with very brief commentary between segments.    Signal became indecipherable  at 14:50 but was more than adequate until then.
