I just heard him (16:56z) on 6286 KHz. Great signal, S9+10dB in Gateshead UK.
It was announced as Radio Mustang!
My receiver is an IC7300 and Antenna a WINDOM. I am using the 8KHz wide filter!
Great music quality!
