Someone playing [what sounds like] instrumental music on 6951.2. Music is at a decent level, but the apparent ID was way low in audio level. Weak, above the noise while music is on. (Crank that mike up a bit!)

I had some very weak music fading in and out, no details

off or faded completely around 0030

9/24/11, 6951.2 AM, 0017-0030z: Fairly steady carrier, faint audio (voice and music or tones, almost sounded like data tones).  Faded out around 0025z and off by 0030z.
