13089.01 khz USB @ 16:05. Standard  Wind and Wave forecast for the Caribbean area with update forecast for upcoming front moving into the area between Bermuda and the Bahamas forewarning of high winds expected Wednesday thru Thursday.

2210  UTC Marine forecast for North Atlantic.  8764 KHZ USB.  "POC Command Duty Officer North of Virginia". Switched to Gulf of Mexico forecast 22:18.
