UNID 6940 USB 2052 UTC 29 Apr 2019

While I was doing some maintenance on the PC, I heard an odd, somewhat distorted signal on 6940 USB with what sounded like an Interval Signal at 2052 UTC repeated, followed by a YL talking. Tough copy and I didn't have the recorder running, but it sounded like she said at the end "This is not the BBC". Off at 2054 UTC

Did anybody else hear this?
