There is now a SDR located in Kuwait City and i am able to pick up Radio Kuwait finally!

OM and YL in Arabic with dance music playing in the background, signal very excellent with bit of noise in the background

You never know what they'll play. I think it's whatever the Sheikh calling the shots at the radio station decides they'll play that broadcast? I've heard stuff like you heard to college radio style stuff with them. Definitely an interesting station to give a listen to.
