Peanut Power 6925 AM 0037 UTC 03 May 2019
« on: May 03, 2019, 0040 UTC »
Weak music and announcements in the noise.  Hopefully someone has a better copy.
0047 - up to S5 peaks now with "Peaches (You Got Love)" by Lil' Bob And The Lollipops [according to Shazam]
0050 - sounds like a professional announcer, too many strong lightning crashes to make out much.
0107 - announcer again, too noisy to make it out.  Getting some radar QRM too.
0108 - "Oooh-Wow" Roy Montrell
0114 - "Have You Gone Crazy" Earl King, S6 peaks
0116 - "There's A Break In The Road" Betty Harris
0121 - announcer again.  would be decent copy if not for the lightning crashes
also a couple of SSTV's sprinkled in
0126 - CW ID but I missed it :(   maybe Peanut Power   ?
0128 - another CW ID, definitely Peanut Power
0134 - CW ID, repeated a few times and then 'Have A Good Night', then SSTV.  Much better decode with the Scottie 1 mode used that time.

Thanks for the show!

Frequency: 6925
Mode: AM
Date: 03 May 2019
Time: 0037 - 0138 (sign-off)
SINPO: 22222 (v. 11111) via Uniontown PA websdr

Programme Details.
Blues rock mixed. Condition very noisy with static. Fading and out too.  QRM at 0015 that really made the signal harder. Seems very professional sounding in segues and stuff. Hard to get and id when the dj speaks and announces due to the conditions. Classic dx'ing here. ID using 'Peanut Power' via CW and SSTV.

PSE e-QSL if possible. And thanks for the broadcast even though conditions are bad.
