Been listening for a bit, 1:18UTC fading in and out, but not sure who it is.  Sounds familiar though maybe XFM?  Heard the DJ talking for a while about the songs he was playing then went back to music.  Faded out again now so can't make out the song.  In southern ontario canada here.
