2311 lower signal, 2314 off

no ID heard, but confirmed by e-mail from R. Parade Int.
R. Parade Int. was then in the skip zone, but going on, well heard in the Artic zone at 2357 UTC
and with traces on the East coast of USA and West coast of Australia.
