said to be a relay from a web station,
not really a free one? (only for subscribers of iPhone ?)

The SW relay seems through the Harmony TX

Well, I know a way of checking this.....

You are correct as usual, Ray, this is the same transmitter as Harmony and Zenith, same power, same antenna, same location.

Maybe the owner has leased airtime?
