S3 to S4, noisy copy with rap tune
0303 - OM talking, difficult to follow with the noise crashes
0304 - S5 peaks now, better copy, mentioned 'if you can hear this broadcast, post on Free Radio Cafe', then into "Cigareetes, Whusky And Wild Women (Wild)" The Sons Of The Pioneers
0315 - possible ID, missed it
0318 - "Wind Up" Jethro Tull
0323 - another possible ID, missed again, then maybe some shoutouts.
0324 - "Justified And Ancient" The KLF Feat. Tammy Wynette

Hearing samething here - weak signal with alot of static crashes - signal is S6, just above noise level
