1854 Weak music heard
1859 Has faded down to just a faint carrier now

I notice WBCQ is NOT on 6160 right now, could it be them?

Update: I posted to the WOR mailing list, and someone checked a KiwSDR in Paraguay and has Radio Santa Cruz on 6134.87... so it seems like it is them, as unlikely as that sounds. Considering it was 3 pm in the afternoon in July.
