1829 - Just a matter of time

update: Chat says this is Sovereign ... I've not heard an id yet to confirm ... and the signal is deteriorating  fades and noise increasing

Oddly, I'm getting some foreign station here tonight. I can'y ID the language but sounds legal.

I was listening to 6320 around 1720 UTC and heard a "Radio Sovereign" jingle
