Does anyone knows the current situation for Radio Kashmir of All India Radio since Kashmir is on lockdown?

I presume AIR is continuing on other freqs/sites. Also might take a listen to Pakistan and China as they're involved in the fun too. I presume that if India goes for it, China will step in on the side of its ally Pakistan.

BBC News Hindi radio from 16 August 2019 on 9515 & 11995 kHz; but the news item only reports time as 19.30 to 20.30 local time [1]
