Had a couple of Dylan tracks @ 2318 including "Hurricane", and into blues @ 2331.  I had this on 6924.74, but I was pretty sure it was AM, not USB.  Same station?  Weak signal but readable.

I heard it on my "DX-pedition" to a less built-up area about 1/3rd of a mile south of my home. Maybe S-5 with a noise floor of S-3 (Icom R-75, tuned random wire). Pretty iffy in terms of intelligibility. Snagged some audio, maybe I'll download it later.

First time I've tried listening from that location. My measurements indicate a noise floor about 50 dB quieter than at home, so it won't be the last.
